Dear Parents,
The Bellflower Council of PTAs is excited to once again announce the National PTA Reflections Program! This wonderful program offers students a chance to express themselves through original works of art.
We encourage all students from Kindergarten through 12th grade to embrace this opportunity and unleash their creativity.
Whether your child chooses to draw or paint, take photographs, write poetry, compose music, or produce a video, we believe every student in the Bellflower Unified School District will take great pride and joy in their artistic projects.

Students can pick from any of the following categories:
- DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY
- LITERATURE
- PHOTOGRAPHY
- FILM PRODUCTION
- MUSIC COMPOSITION
- VISUAL ARTS
Reflections Program Rules
Each category has its own set of rules that are found on the California PTA Reflections Program website.
The rules must be read very carefully. Students may enter a project for each category if they wish to do so. Click here for complete rules.
Important Dates:
- Units will select their winners and submit 1 winner per category and age group to move on to Council level by the end of October 2026.
- Submissions moving on to Council are due via Unit President at the November BCPTA EB Meeting on November 2, 2026.
